English 20-1 Blocks One and three
Your major poetry asignments are due today. You will present as you name is called. If you are not ready, you WILL lose 10 per cent.
English 30-1 Block Two
Your paired answers regarding the short story "Shining Houses" are due today, as well as your plot-line. I want you to look at the similarities and differences presented between the short story "The Lottery" and the short story "Shining Houses" (venn diagram). This will prove helpful for your in-class essay (Monday, October 16).
Social Studies 33
On Friday, you began examining boom and bust cycles and looked at the situation in the United States during the Great Depression. Today, you are going to see the BBC video "Roosevelt and the New Deal". We are then going to do assignment A-28 D,E, and F (A, B, and C, were assigned on Friday and are now due!!!).
