English 20-1 Blocks One and Three
We will have a quiz on the Shakespearean terms I gave you yesterday. I then want to go over the sonnet you paraphrased yesterday. After this, we will look at the Dramatis Personnae and then start reading Act One. I will be giving you both a questions and a quotation sheet to fill in.
English 30-1 Block Two
We will mark "An Old Man's Winter Night" M.C. questions. We will then examine two other poems ("Nature Notes", and "Digression"). You will be expected to read them actively and then answer the M.C. questions.
Social Studies 33 Block Four
We are going to discuss The Cold War 1962 to 1990: Nuclear Power and the Arms Race
( We will discuss the Arms Race, SALT I, SALT II, INF, and other treaties and talks, military spending race)
You will Read unit 52, and do assignment B-30. YOu will then Read Reading 24 and Reading 25 (handouts). Just a reminder as well that you will have a unit exam on the Cold War on Wednesday, December 13.
