English 20-1 block one and block three

We will be starting novel study today. Your novel must be here every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
I will be handing back your essay questions. Keep in mind that a number of you did not have your full name, class info (Eng. 20-1 block 1 or Eng. 20-1 block 2) and date on your answers. This must be placed in the upper right hand corner of all assignments or marks will be deducted (this is your only break!). Today I will be reinforcing the importance of active reading by giving you further activities related to your essay. You will also be recieving a copy of terminology for this course which you will be expected to refer to throughout.

English 30-1 block two

We are starting your novel study today. Make sure you have your novel here every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We are also going to do a further activity relating to "from Peace is an Ongoing Issue". I will also be handing out terminology sheets for this unit. In addition to this, you will be taking notes on essay outlining and doing a related activity.

Social Studies 33

You will be having a quiz on your introduction to Topic A. We will then move on to a discussion and questions about "Choices About Citizenship".
